Rep. Cyndy Jacobsen speaks in favor of an amendment to re-prioritize funding in the operating budget
Rep. Cyndy Jacobsen, R-Puyallup, supports an amendment to the operating budget that would have eliminated $3.4 million for the Department of Corrections’ staffing that deliver gender-affirming medical and mental health care treatment and services to incarcerated individuals.
